Our care at home services are delivered by a large workforce of qualified and experienced healthcare professionals with previous experience of working within our client's own homes. We follow a stringent recruitment and training procedure to ensure that all of our workers are compliant with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This enables us to supply our clients with only the highest quality healthcare professionals.
Personal Care
Our professional personal care service is designed to support you with your day-to-day living, as well as providing you with the assistance and emotional support that you may need to remain living independently.
Night Care
Having a carer in your home at night can provide great reassurance as there is someone available should you need them. For people who need extra support due to medical conditions, or other vulnerabilities, additional help from night time carers can mean the world of difference to you and your family. Typically, night work involves one of our carer come to your home during the night hours and remain awake to provide whatever assistance or monitoring may be required. Such as :-
- Assistance with regular turns and/or repositioned
- Assistance with toileting, and or continence care, People returning home from hospital who need extra support in the early days,
- Monitoring welfare checks for people with Dementia or Alzheimer’s.
Our night services start from 10.00pm at night and end at 7.00am the following morning.
Live-in-Care
Our ‘Live-in’ care service allows you to take control of your own, or a relatives, care requirement with flexibility. our care workers are trained to the highest standard to meet the wide ranging needs of many dependency levels, leaving your family secure with the knowledge that you are well looked after and taken care of. Your ‘Live-in’ carer will offer you the help you require, when you require it. If you wish to relax alone in the comfort of your own home but also have the reassurance that help is at hand your ‘Live-in’ carer will offer you all the assistance you need.
Complex Care
Complex Care Program provides compassionate care for patients and families who are dealing with a “life-altering” complex condition resultant from injury or disease. Our complex care services are tailored to the client’s specific needs, wishes and lifestyle choices
Hospital-to-Home Care
Our post-hospital care services are always flexible; your support plan will be entirely built around you and your needs and circumstances, and we do our best to fit in with your normal routine and lifestyle. Whether you require a high level of care, or just some support with activities of daily living during your recuperation period, we can provide a Carer to help you settle back in to your familiar surroundings.

Our Respite/holiday care cover can give you peace of mind while you’re on holiday and away from the person you care for. We’ve designed our services to allow you to recharge, safe in the knowledge that your loved one is being looked after by one of our friendly carers. Respite/Holiday for carers can last anywhere from a few days to several weeks away from the role. So, this short break will enable you to return to caring feeling, refreshed and re-energized.

Our quality carers are trained to understand the very precise daily challenges and different stages of living with and caring for someone with this disease, and ensure that appropriate care is provided in the individual's home, in familiar surroundings and with as little disruption to daily routine as possible. Our companion carers help you get the most out of life, from accompanying you to social events where you can enjoy time with friends, to watching your favourite films and playing board games. Tailored to your requirements, your companion carers can also help you with day to day domestic tasks such as shopping and tidying, assist you with personal Care or simply be there as a friendly face to enjoy the day with. Our companionship service is most suited to individuals who will benefit from having the reassurance that someone is there with them to offer support when it is needed. It also provides peace of mind for family members, who are unable to visit as often as they would like, knowing that their loved one is being cared for.

Re-ablement and Enablement
It is always our expectation that you take an active part in planning your needs and make informed choices about your requirements and care that works for you. Reablement care will help you recover quickly, live independently and cut down care cost. Enablement care will empower you to perform daily tasks including food and drink preparation, shopping, organising and planning daily routines, using transport, laundry, medicine administration and accessing community facilities. Reablement care helps you to develop confidence for safe transfers including getting up from a chair, in and out of bed and on and off the toilet. The aim of this care is to enhance the quality of support and care provided to people living in the community, by improving re-enablement subsequent to extended institutionalisation or hospital stays, whilst promoting their safety and increasing the individual’s opportunities to independent living through optimizing clinical input from within the community.
