Care Assistant

Exciting opportunity for male and female Care Assistant - We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, hardworking Care Workers to join a thriving team to make a difference to vulnerable people throughout Bexley and the surrounding areas.

Support Worker

Support work roles involve supporting clients in their own homes. The chosen candidate must:- Ideally have previous caring experience. Be a friendly and caring person. Be reliable and trustworthy and have a genuine interest in working within a caring environment

Care Coordinator

Allocating care staff to duties, ensuring their skills and expertise matches the needs of the client and schedules distributed accordingly on a weekly basis  To ensure that staff provides care in accordance with the Care Plan and that all care staff abide by the companies Policies and Procedures.  • To provide commitment to the equality of opportunity and anti-discrimination practice.  • Understanding the responsibilities  • To ensure that the client receives the appropriate care package and that continuity of care is a priority. To provide telephone support to clients and care staff.  • Liaise with Professional bodies – Social Services, GP’s etc, dealing with new referrals from both private, Social Services clients, and to advise Healthcare Professionals regarding the welfare and concerns of Service Users when they arise

Domestic Assistant

Will you take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of our residents’ rooms and areas of the home to ensure they have a comfortable living environment?


Can you work methodically interacting with the residents to maintain a clean and happy atmosphere that they are accustomed to? Our Domestic Assistants play a key role in ensuring that we maintain our high standards of cleanliness providing our clients with a clean and comfortable living space at all times.  If you have high standards like us we would love to hear from you

Live-in Care Worker

Working as a live-in carer is an opportunity to help people live independent fulfilling lives, helping them remain in their own home when they may not be able to look after themselves. As a live-in carer, you’ll live with your client, giving them as much help and care as they need while enabling them to live as independently as possible. Your role will also include:

  • Personal Care
  • Cooking and Housekeeping
  • Moving and Handling
  • Continence Management
  • Medication

The suitable candidate will be: Organised, A Good Listener, Trustworthy, Have a Warm Caring Nature, Keen to Learn, Flexible, Have Good communication Skills,Time management, Good Housekeeping and Cooking Skills, Value Clients Needs.


Experience is desirable but not essentials you just need to have the right attitude as full training will be given.
