Femack Training and Recruitment Consultancy Ltd (FemackTRC) was founded in 2010, with roots as far back as 2006 when we commenced business as Femack Ltd. We are a well-established independent training and recruitment provider and have been involved in Government sponsored training since 2010. We are a rapidly growing recruitment and training provider specialising in high calibre training and recruitment consultancy. We aim to set the industry standards through exemplary levels of customer care with services designed around our clients’ business needs and individuals. Our objective is to be recognised as the industry benchmark for excellence in training and recruitment industry.           

Training     

Our aim is to ensure easy accessible training for all. Where candidates are comfortable to learning a friendly environment, develop and increase their knowledge in order to improve and make a positive impact in the community and society at large.         Our trainers/consultants have worked extensively in both public and private sectors across a range of industries. Specialist areas include the delivery of Health and Social Care, Health and Safety, Business Administrator, Customer Service and Health and Safety in the Workplace, with strong experience in assessment and training.         We are committed to the delivery of quality training and consistently exceed the performance required by the awarding bodies. We are constantly investing in our staff and facilities to provide the best possible learning environment for our learners.    Within a period of one year since we opened in 2010, we have successfully helped well over 500 people gain NVQ, Diploma qualifications and the numbers are raising all the time. Training is usually delivered in the place of work, with trainer/assessors making regular visits to the workplace for group or one to one sessions. FemackTRC's assessors and trainers are experienced and qualified practitioners dedicated to training and staff development.         We hold accreditation with Awarding Bodies such as NCFE, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Cache, etc. We are also registered with UK Register for Learning Providers (UKRLP).                

Recruitment 

Our recruitment section concentrates on delivering exceptional services to both client and candidate. Our specialist Consultants are constantly headhunting, networking and marketing our services within their niche markets, resulting in a constant pool of strong skilled candidates seeking permanent, part time and contract opportunities in the UK. We are therefore, dedicated to meeting the recruitment needs of our clients and to helping fulfil the career aspirations of our candidates.         We are well placed to offer a flexible, efficient and professional service. Our operation is directed and controlled by trained, experienced and helpful team of qualified staff. Our proven track record has led to a wide range of assignments in both the private and public sector. Such as the supply of experienced Care Workers, domestic staff and cooks to Hospitals, Care Homes and Day care centres and a variety of other sectors. The high standard of our services is continuously monitored through client’s excellence questionnaires, feedbacks and regular review of our services.
