Femack Training and Recruitment Consultancy Ltd (FemackTRC) was founded in 2010, with roots as far back as 2006 when we commenced business as Femack Ltd. We are a well-established independent training and recruitment provider and have been involved in Government sponsored training since 2010. We are a rapidly growing recruitment and training provider specialising in high calibre training and recruitment consultancy. We aim to set the industry standards through exemplary levels of customer care with services designed around our clients’ business needs and individuals. Our aim is to ensure easy accessible training for all. Where candidates are comfortable to learning a friendly environment, develop and increase their knowledge in order to improve and make a positive impact in the community and society at large. Our trainers/consultants have worked extensively in both public and private sectors across a range of industries. Specialist areas include the delivery of Health and Social Care, Health and Safety, Business Administrator, Customer Service and Health and Safety in the Workplace, with strong experience in assessment and training. We are committed to the delivery of quality training and consistently exceed the performance required by the awarding bodies. We are constantly investing in our staff and facilities to provide the best possible learning environment for our learners. Within a period of one year since we opened in 2010, we have successfully helped well over 500 people gain NVQ, Diploma qualifications and the numbers are raising all the time. Training is usually delivered in the place of work, with trainer/assessors making regular visits to the workplace for group or one to one sessions. FemackTRC's assessors and trainers are experienced and qualified practitioners dedicated to training and staff development. We hold accreditation with Awarding Bodies such as NCFE, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Cache, etc. We are also registered with UK Register for Learning Providers (UKRLP).
